My CV

I’ve been passionate about photography since the Polaroid Land Camera was discontinued. Fortunately, Entertainment Weekly magazine privileged me with a long career conceptualizing and producing covers and inside feature photography with some extraordinarily talented photographers. We worked with Actors, Comedians, Pop Stars, Writers, Directors, and sometimes dogs.

EW also let me doodle ideas for photographs and research historical imagery found in libraries, archives, and sometimes shoeboxes. I got to interview musicians, photograph music festivals, and write music and book criticism.

I left EW in 2019 and have since worked for Netflix, consulted with and mentored young photographers, curated a photography gallery exhibition, researched images for a book on the director Mike Nichols, and toiled at various Photography Agencies with a focus on advertising.

I will never take a selfie.
